Can I call even if I’m not sure about filing an insurance claim yet?
Absolutely. Many of our clients reach out before deciding whether to file a claim. We evaluate your situation, document the damage, and provide professional guidance to help you make the best decision. The inspection is still completely free of charge.
Does the inspection have any cost or obligation?
No. At Prime X Restoration, we offer completely free inspections with no obligation. Our goal is to help you identify any potential damage and guide you through the next steps — with no pressure and no hidden fees.
Can I hire your services if I don’t want to use my insurance?
Yes. We can provide you with a private estimate if you prefer not to go through your insurance or if you don’t have active coverage. In some cases, we also offer payment plans or alternative solutions based on your needs.
